We print in up to seven colors on a variety of materials, such as paper, plastic, metal foils, and transparent materials, and offer a wide range of labels, from high-quality wine labels to custom thermal labels for scale printers. Printing with up to 7 colors

We produce label orders in-house using web printing with up to 7 colors. There are no limits to your creativity.

In addition to the primary colors—cyan, magenta, yellow, and black—we also print with silver, white, various neon colors, security inks, and more. There are no plate costs for web label printing.

Protective coatings

Coatings protect the printed image from mechanical and chemical damage. Whether matte, glossy, or even special anti-stick coatings.

Laminations

Laminates primarily serve as a protective and finishing layer over the print. They provide protection against abrasion and scratches, as well as resistance to moisture.

In addition, laminates enhance the label’s appearance. In addition to standard glossy or matte laminates, we also offer a special laminate. The soft-touch laminate gives the label’s surface a unique tactile feel.

Embossing

Relief embossing (blind embossing) makes it possible to highlight lines, lettering, and ornaments in three dimensions.

Hot foil stamping with a stamp

In this finishing process, a thin metal foil is applied to the material using a stamping tool, applying heat and pressure. In addition to the standard colors—gold, silver, and copper—we offer a wide selection of custom colors.

No-tool digital film finishing

As an alternative to standard hot stamping with a die, we also offer digital foil finishing. Since this process does not require a die, it is not only very cost-effective.

Conventional screen printing using a printing plate

Screen printing allows for a thick application of varnish, creating a 3D effect that is both visible and tactile. Applying a clear varnish can further highlight graphic elements or lettering.

This process offers us many opportunities to create special effects that you can not only see but also feel.

Digital screen printing without tools

While traditional screen printing requires a separate screen for each job, this is not the case with digital screen printing.

In addition to cost savings, the benefits also include shorter delivery times. Digital technology opens up significantly more possibilities for special effects. It can be applied to a wide range of our materials. Ask our label specialists.

Micro- and Nano- Embossing

Micro-embossing creates a very special visual effect: as the viewing angle changes, the light hitting the surface is refracted differently.

This creates striking visual effects and makes your product stand out from the crowd. With nano embossing, additional effects can be incorporated into the embossing itself. For specialized applications, such as security measures in the field of trademark protection.

Blank labels

We manufacture blank labels in any size and from any material to meet your specifications.

What do we mean by a blank label?

A blank label is an unprinted label that we manufacture from high-quality paper we keep in stock. We offer a selection of more than 50 different materials from which we produce roll labels in the desired size (rectangular, round, oval), without printing or finishing.

The labels are custom-made in the desired size and shape and supplied on rolls. This makes them ideal for printing on using standard thermal or thermal transfer printers, as well as inkjet or laser printers.

You can therefore customize or print on the labels yourself.

Labels on stock

In addition to custom-printed labels, we also offer a wide selection of stock labels that are always in stock.

Our range of stock labels includes both standard single-color labels and options with colored borders, subtle background patterns, or motifs.

The labels are available in a variety of colors and shapes. There are virtually no limits to their applications.

Whether for product descriptions, best-by dates, or a sleeve label as a closure label—there are many ways to use self-adhesive labels.

These attractive labels can be purchased in small quantities, allowing you to give your products a professional look even with small production runs and minimal effort.
